RETURNS AND REFUNDS

RETURN CONDITIONS

Return period:

  • You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it.

The product:

  • The product must be in new condition, unused and in its original packaging.

Exception:

  • Returns of hygiene items, underwear or special orders are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

  2. Return shipping:

    • Return shipping is paid by the customer, except in the case of complaints about defective or incorrect products.

REFUNDS

  • Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  3. Contact your bank as processing times may vary.

CHANGES

  • We only exchange products that are defective or damaged.
